Another Clue CBJ Financing

Posting too much here tonight, but keeping finding other clues left our way regarding the CBJ financing.

Look at the NR......First-off an NR like this should not come out after close if it wanted some attention.....Good news comes out in the morning or during the day.  2nd, and most importantly, WHERE IS THE WARRANT?

Any normal financing for a Venture listed company has a warrant attached.  Nothing attached for CBJ.  Just so happens that Beaty bought last year for $1.10 and now this one goes for 90 cents.  Even out at $1.00 if this is indeed Ross Beaty or a proxy for him.

At this point there are simply too many things happening in unison for it to be a coincidence.  My thoughts only of course.

It is difficult to understand why CBJ would go this financing route if it expected to be gobbled up in the next few weeks.  Is Eike really going to let this whle cahuna slip through his fingers?

It looks like CBJ has decided it needs a 'makeover' - new red high heels, cosmetics, low cut blouse, some expensive French perfume - and an NI 43-101.   It worked for Calvista and Galway with Batista - maybe he only likes classy high-toned properties.   FWIW.
