This explains why the CFO resigned, he must have been bored by such inefficient management ...

The share price could fall back to 8c.
 
Almost 500 M shares + funds raising of 20M$ for mine building.

I guess, they will need to do a reverse split ...

No. The CFO also resigned from Silvercrest. His resignation has nothing to do with GXS alone.
