Continuing to use Covid as an excuse to delay financials.  BS, companies are releasing financials all the time.  Also they defaulted on debt and had to amend terms.  Disaster in real time.

It is a disaster.   They have no gold property and they have a number of upcoming lawsuits no doubt and Peter is just hanging around hoping somebody gives him money.

This is really just a mining shell now.  With debt, lots of it, which devalues the shell.  If there is a silver lining here, I certainly can't see it.
