Berdusco was never a broker.  He was an IR guy.

Well then he lied about that too.        So how does he get from IR to high paid underperforming CEO?      Everybody that put money into GYA did it because of someone else that was involved.   They have or had some good shareholders but for a year nobody has stepped up to put in money and I don't see it happening.

He was CEO of Nexus Gold, but it ended badly.  Under his watch company ran out of money and they had to restructure once he was out.  2 years later he reported selling millions of shares while he was CEO.  Brutal stuff.  Equity Guru has written about this episode.
