No Wonder they Stalled the Financials

Our compny has assets of $13,805 - no that is not thousands - $22 in cash and $13,783 in a pre-paid expense.

They have no gold bars, no ore deposits, no mineral claims, no furniture, no computers etc., etc..

All gone ... but insiders got hundreds of thousands in fees in the past year.

You have to keep in mind that these were the financial statements that ended in April of this year. They were $2.3M in debt at that time with no money and no financings since. You don't put out NR's with $22 in the bank. They have to be in and around $3M in debt now and are looking to do financing. They likely need about $3.5M just to get them through the year. Nobody is going to bail GYA out and if Peter does not step down soon......it cannot even be used a shell.

Did you happen to notice that 80% of expenditure was consulting, management and PR?      with about 3% to exploration.      Gee is that why it failed....Sor?
