What you mean BB?? It was the definitive purchase of Solace Brands. thats why the stock was halted that day. its back up and running.

It’s still pending and that’s the sixth time they have posted the purchase agreement.

BB.. that was previous INTENT purchase of Solace.. This was the definitive agreement of them buying Solace.  Big difference..  Which means.. other than the TSX Venture rejecting the purchase.. its a done deal between Solace and Geyser.
