I applaud your blind optimism but you didn't think it through.  If the company had something in the works they would, unless they were complete idiots,  announce it BEFORE they tried to raise money for it.  I'll admit what they DO have in the works is comically underwhelming but hoping they secretly have something else up their sleeve is a ridiculous approach to investing.

Thanks for sharing. I have seen so many TSXVs "insiders" made off with tons of "outsiders" investors' money and then reappear (when outsiders' memory has faded completely) somewhere else looking to make another "killing". This may be no different. That being said, at the stroke of a pen, I have also seen dramatic turnarounds like a rto where the hawk sometimes
