Quality of management

HI,
I don't know if you guys are still around. But I can see you used to have a ball
insulting each other. I am not joining the party though. I am here to make money not to fight people I have never met.
I would be interested in your view on the quality of management of HAWK.
In my opinion management is is the most important factor. I noticed that HAWK has no less than 3 senior technical advisers on its staff.
What do you make of that? Any comments?
Any comments at all or are you just happy to fight each other?
