one and remove the "bad word" ... note that most of my post was literally cut and paste quotes directly from the company itself.

In 2017 this crew acquired the Bonanza claims and subsequently did next to nothing on them, then in 2021 ...

"During the year ended May 31, 2021, the Company wrote off the $43,962 carrying value of the property as there were no immediate plans for exploration activities"

then ...

"During the Company’s third quarter of fiscal 2022 the Bonanza Lake claims anniversary dates expired and the Issuer allowed the claims to lapse."

Now ...

HAWKEYE Gold & Diamond Inc. ...announces that is has entered into a Sale and Purchase Agreement ... to purchase three properties (the “Property”) located on the northern end of Vancouver Island, British Columbia, Canada. ...The three properties are the same claims that formed HAWKEYE’s original Bonanza property".

Would "Hawkeye" care to explain to investors why they acquired claims,

did nothing on them,

wrote them off,

let the claims lapse

then, months later ... they BUY THEM BACK!?!?!
