Roaming Agreement With Electric Circuit

$HC.N just announced a partnership with Electric Circuit under a roaming agreement (the largest charging network in Quebec), allowing Hypercharge members to be part of the 4,000+ public charging stations in addition for Electric Circuit’s members to access Hypercharge’s expanding network of chargers across Canada.

- This partnership is enabled through the ChargeHub Passport program, which allows charging networks to enter into revenue-sharing agreements with other operators on the platform.
- Roaming agreements will allow Hypercharge to grow available chargers for users making their offering more valuable for EV owners.

With Canada investing billions of dollars into the EV industry, public charging infrastructure still falls behind government goals. For example, by 2035, all new cars sold must be electric and think about how many parking spots underneath apartments only have a few electric chargers installed at the moment. In the future, all of those spots will need chargers, which is why an estimated 1.7M chargers are needed in order to make a full EV transition feasible.

With $HC.N being the only public Canadian charging company, they’ve been growing fast with the recent financial report showing quarterly revenues above $1M and an increasing pace of charging implementation. With level 3 chargers now under their arsenal, there’s a lot to look out for moving into this quarter.

Definitely - this is significant as there is additional added benefit both companies as they are able to expand their respective EV charging networks, attracting more users and increasing revenue streams which
