Funny how it spiked up to as high as $2.90 after there was an announcement of a PP at $1.05 per share. Did I read something incorrectly or is that what actually happened before it was halted the last time?

Believe it was after the halt it jumped the $2.90. wished I had purchased this one 5 days ago in the 40s. Be nice if some of the money being made here goes over to DM to me it looks like they got a lot more going for them than this company does I just don't understand the universe these days.
