This will end badly for many of you.....

Don't have ANY doubts what THIS really is my friends..........this is a CLASSICAL pump&dump being perpertrated by some very dubious & questionable folks upon the "naive" postion of the investing community. As i've said in my last post here, if you're daytrading this ticker and you don't care if the the company makes EV chargers, widgits or baby diapers, if you can time it right then i see NO issues or problems. BUT if your intent is to "INVEST" in this suspect company seeking long term value, which imho has VERY questionable business practices to boot, then there WILL BE a problem for you very soon IF you bought at these ridiculous levels.

Why? Because i will guarantee you this company is NOT worth anything close to $150M, by the illusion of selling a few contracts that arent anywhere near that. And i will also guarantee you that IF you BOUGHT at these levels, and i mean $1+, then you will most likely end up holding the literal bag for a very long time IF you arent a day trader. Just for some perspective, plesase note the following.....

As a stand alone EV company, basically a newcomer to the industry, Hypercharge has managed to balloon from a mere $25M valuation to an eye popping $150M is just a few days. And i've stated CLEARLY why this has happened. The company now has surpassed major players like Beem Global & Workhorse, in terms of market cap.Which is compoletely NUTTS if you think long & hard about it! Both those companies are solid long standing players in the sector who have not only have good fundamentals but a strong customer base. BUT even with all that, both are losing massive amounts of money. So it's really crazy to give a unproven newcomer like HC crazy valuations like this when it has not shown it deserves those values but also doesn't have the very basics to hold those values.

Also, just look at the recent developments. As expected, the company pulled out a ridiculous Private Placement at ONE BUCK, probably one of the reasons why this is being pumped & promoted to this level, and which i will assume most of those shares will be dumped on the market when this deal closes. For any reasonable, sound & intelligent investor, the above is ALL you really need for you to stay far away from this or dump your shares if you bought in.

In addition, i find it very funny & curious that it took the market regulators in the US to look into the matter and push the comany for some reasonable answers. Why? Well, this being a Canadian based company, it was up to the Canadian regulators & oversight bodies, like the OSC, to look at the questionable business practices the company was delving into. Where is the Canadian oversight here? Asleep at the wheel or they just don't care. We really shouldn't be surprised that it took the OTC in the US to take the lead on this while the Canadian regulators were completely lost. Btw, just so folks know, the exchange where HC trades is more risky than the Pink Sheets in the US, that alone should give you an idea what you guys are getting yourselves into.

As a final note, i see my two biggest fans, Mr. IndianJoe, the KwikiMart manager & Mr. Jnitewing, the Caped Crusader, have followed me to this board as well. Please say hello to them my dear friends, as you know when folks like those two show up it's a BIG RED FLAG and time for everyone to leave!
