14 days with the water disposal well in use should give them a solid production # on the producing oil ( what ever it is, ( would like to see 400 boe stable production between the 2 oil wells.

From Petrinex data looking more like 90 boe/d in September and their water well application was denied. Helium production or any sign of it can't come soon enough.

I believe their application went through. Last I heard they were waiting on final approval. So I don't know where you're getting your info about an application being denied. As for the amount, sounds like pure speculation. Regardless they need to provide an update. It's been long enough since the last one.

Auf 24 News Release-  "In order to reduce operating costs at the Worsley Oil Battery and optimize production operations, the Company applied for and successfully received approval from the Alberta Energy Regulator ("AER") to convert a previously abandoned well bore to a water disposal well. Modification work to the facility has commenced and pending final regulatory approvals

what likely happened what they put in disposal well and aer came and inspected and said they have to make a few alterations but cancel once approved unlikely. sadly though the oil production has been dropping like a rock.  Is is 90 bopd?  Maybe, maybe not but certainly not where near what it was in q2 likely under 200 bopd and the disposal well won't change that much just cut

I see the General meeting is on Nov 02, one of the notes is to set the options price for management, i can see any news ( positive or disapointing ) waiting till after this date.

Management does not deserve special options price,  What have they done for the shareholders lately?!  Have you seen the 6 month graph...it's appalling to reward this dismall performance.  Let them turn things around first

then vote to stop option plan and turf the board.  I did. in a short period of time they have taken a great success story and turned it into a dumpster fire there is zero chance anyone will give this board money to put that helium well on line so the quicker they go and we get these assets into the hands of someone else the better chance we have of ever making any money here

Agreed, options should not be at the top of the agenda for the AGM at this point. Getting the operations on point and providing an informative update and precise plan going forward should be.
