this pp does nothing for the company or its shareholders

dilutes share count by 15 per cent and does not provide enough cash to do anything other than pay the overhead, ir non sense, public fees and a few other things.

far better off putting the company up for sale and cancelling the pp.

just shows you that noone believes in the value of 15-25 at 350/mcf or 600/mcf or 1000/mcf

It's too bad they've resorted to this. If they raise they better make it count. Get the water well approved and get the wells running again.  I'm sure they've had some bad luck the last quarter but probally some overconfidence and mismanagement as well that they had to spend more then anticipated and had a hold up on their final approval for their revenue streams. Hopefully ...more

Been watching and commenting occasionally. I understand shareholders frustrations.  Timing of pp?  Will management be able to execute?
