These guys need

A proper NR.

They can regain the confidence of everyone by releasing something concrete and along the lines of what was telegraphed in the latest interview.

I would hope after what was said that an agreement is being finalized.

They are in better shape then many of the others for cash but these oil wells aren't going to provide much more then the ongoing operating costs (assuming they keep costs reasonable and in check).

They need to get the 15-25 online pronto. If they enter into partnerships to expediate drilling and facility construction that could be good but it needs to be strategic and favourable to the company and shareholders.

Unfortunatly from the past PR's I don't think they have any good news.  Oil wells watering out a Helium treatment plant needs to be built.  They will have to try to raise more money in a bear market with rising interest rates, the next offering is going to be at a much lower price.  Good Luck
