Ceo stepping up today at 70 cents. I like seeing this. Speaks voumes to me as an investor.

Looks to me like he sold 66000$ worth at .03$ on the 29th and then purchased 42000$ at .30$ through warrants today. Good move for him but i dont see him buying anything at .70$?

Apologies. You are categorically correct. I like the size of the CEO's holdings. I expect to see more insider filings from participation in the last PP. Board members hold very sizeable positions which suggests a ton of go forward belief. I plan to make a killing with HEM in 2021.

I'm confused on the 12.5 mil offer to shareholders up to 15k per that was in the news release 2days ago.... is that coming? I haven't been officially offer anything.

The offering was for $ 2.75 million and you could invest up to $15,000 . It is now closed. I'm pretty sure that's how it worked. cheers
