Hemostemix contracted Aspire to conduct phase 2 and when HEm went into recievership Aspire cancelled the contract and retained data. Now that Hem has refinanced they are able to fulfil terms of contract. Could knowledgeable people comment if im interpteting this correctly?

Not quite. Watch the CEOs videos on their site and read all the NRs for the last 5 years and you should have a pretty good idea of whats going on. It would take a long time to summarize and I would likely miss key points if i tried. Price will probably hover around here until either there is positive movement in the court cases or we are able to finally see the results of the phase 2 trial. I don&

Not sure on the receivership bit but I thought Aspire failed to pay the $1million in partnership payments and Hemo pulled the plug on the deal. Aspire refused to hand over data they had and here we are....
