Good time to buy - NRs + subsidies

Hey folks, HEM's problems with legal disputes are behind us, and we have credible scientists supporting the phase 2 trials planning (and funding), more patents being delivered... It's time to buy, or at least hold the line. Selling this below 22 cents seems like non-sense to me. Good luck all!
