This is trouble

Hearing of catastrophic cashflow situation with this company. Another round of layoffs last week, including entire VP group. M&A is impossible without any money in the bank.

If the RSI deals falls through, which is looking probable, this company won't be around for Christmas.

You're right. The RSI deal is NOT financially possible any longer. Sorry to say I've lost money on these guys. They only have enough capital from the IPO to last another few months and we won't be done with COVID's impact on the hiring market by then. The CEO and President taking $400,000 USD in salary is irresponsible. It's awful when companies like this lose money so ...more
