What’s going on?
These guys have been public since Christmas 2019. They've not announced a single acquisition since then, which is strange given their statements about having cash. Covid then hits, now you've got buying opportunities galore. Their last two communications blasts have been about a name change and then a logo colour change? 5 months is a pretty long dry spell
RSI deal is questionable, as has already been pointed out. I'm certainly not seeing the stock higher than 50 cents anytime soon if it even gets there.
