Death by A Thousand Cuts

Just curious how those that bought in to the "overwhelming" investor demand comments by management are feeling these days? especially those that provided previous financings.  Where are they for this financing attempt?  Does it equate to death by a thousand cuts for you?  without the insider buying over the last several months this would be a lot worse.  Do any of Keith Schaefer's stock picks work out? I never bought any of them but friends did and they lost a lot of money..  Poseidon was one.  There was another tragedy that injected propane? in to wells if I remember correctly but don't remember the name...anyways, another flop.  This one was also one of his write ups.  Do people actually pay for a subscription to his service?  We met him at a show 2010? 2011? in Vancouver and I was grilling him on these picks and he was so kind to tell us "God bless you" hahaha.  Nice out.

I've been around a long time and I have never seen such an equity disappointment in over 25 years of market experience.  To state you have overwhelming investor demand, then watch the share price flop then offer a debenture on a "best efforts" basis indicates otherwise.  Where are the acquisitions?

again, if I was a prospective acquiree and was required to have skin in the game to be acquired as is their business model, i would look at their performance and the massive drop in the share price and say I will stay unacquired or buy me outright.  As someone pointed out awhile ago avertising on SH is ......well....go read his post...hahahaha.

I was interested only because of the board, one board member in particular, thank God I didn't pull the trigger when the stock was 100% higher.  the HR world is a flaky biz to begin with when someone can be slinging drinks working in a bar one day then all of a sudden a "recruiter" of professional roles the next.  There are much better investments to be had and ones with true overwhelming investor demand.

I have had subscriptions to letter writers in past.  Some were ok and good reads but I never made money and didn't really try because I always wondered if they front run their subscribers on the buy and sell sides.  I mean, how would a subscriber like me know? Does Warren Buffett sell his knowledge? He gives it away for free.  When a salesman tells me something is a great buy and you'll make money, I always ask why don't you put every penny you have in to it then if it is such a good thing?  Why are you telling me?  out of the goodness of your heart? hahahaha...yeah...sure.
