I have the idea that Brooks is trying to raise some Capital and was unsuccessful because the minimum is 5 cents. The well finally dried up. Xentris is not listing any Hitcase product yet and the NR stated Fall season. That also squandered the Christmas holiday sales.

i just hope Hit Technologies is not extending the financials just to sell the inventory and call it quits. What did the Auditors found? 

At the end of the day, Hitcase is an awesome product but just one choice from over 100 other manufacturers of a IPhone cases. The adventure segment is a very small percentage of global sales. At the end of the day, it’s a phone case.

This need to be bought out ASAP. In my opinion, this ship as already sunk and needs be be rescued.

Yes indeed....no news release on financials yet????? Or any news or updates since the Xentris release months ago? Nothing like waiting until the last day, their is already enough uncetainty in the shareholders confidence. Might as well wait until the last day to cause more.....brutal! That was me. I took that loss. I'm not waiting for tomorrow. What are the odds anything good comes out. On a positive note, when I sell at a loss the SP always seems to rise right after. So if there's good news tomorrow its only because I dumped my shares. Your welcome.

although I respect everyone's personal decision to buy and sell. I have to say that in my opinion this is when U buy. Hopefully things will turn around. We will soon find out.

If that was the case the company and its exec's would be the subject of a Class Action Lawsuit. OandD insurance against such action would have been carried...but what your suggesting is illegal action by the company taken to mislead and defraud its investors. i would be careful using that language/suggestion.

I could care less...but the company should consider it. Their probably not aware of such accusations but maybe an email with the subjected post would remedy that.
