Interesting, Hitcase Pro 7 Review shows Fails Water Test

@ 10.48 on video, he does a hose test to the case and it failed, he retried and failed again. The case preformed o.k just sitting in the sink or bucket but failed under pressure. I don't know if Hitcase can be liable for stating a waterproof case then your 1300 $ phone is destroyed by a failed waterproof case. I don't think I've ever read Hitcase offering a 100% guarantee that the case won't fail. This could be quite a liability. What's anyone elses take on this issue?

Its only rated IP68...its not protected against powerful water jets such as from hose or from a pressure washer that's why water got inside the case when u did the hose test. Cases rated to withstand water jets are rated IP69K

How many folks buying would know anything about IP68K, I never heard of it. Only a manufacturer/designer would have that kind of info. It only takes one person to ruin their phone and than the cases are classed as junk.  This stock is becoming more and more of a concern. I checked Xentris web site, there's so much competition in this market it's unbelievable.

what BirchBrook did was extrapolation misrepresentation. I linked that review months ago. The author and commentator rates the Iphone 7 case PRO  from HITCASE as the sector killer in as many words and the best ever he had ever tested for overall complete case protection-he even mentions in his review how unrealistic the pressure water test is for the Hitcase pro or any camera case within the ...more

Birch...I linked that review sometime ago. Your posting HorseSh-T. and subjectively selective horseSh_t.  the water review is based on pressure washer -a direct fixated high PSI narrow stream directed specifically at a fixe object which means the entire PSI is absorbed and deflected by the object the high pressure stream is directed at. So strong is the water pressure stream from a high ...more

He's holding garden hose, very little pressure from that distance. Are you really gonna put a 1300 $ phone in this case with NO GUARANTEE of the consequences.

No he's not...its a high pressure hose Brook.
