sounds like standard application for operation of business. if they were going under or intending to go under one would think the paper work would not be carried out to file to stay in business. the valuation is low enough that they could consider paying shareholders .06 a share in cash as a premium to current trading value (*would have to raise it first which they could imo) and take it private. ...more

Every Quarter they been losing sales big time, this company is 12 million in debt. Half of the sales from last year, sent back leased truck, lease the office month by month, have negotiate payments with the auditor, have no stock in any location, and have to negotiate payments to the manufacturer of the Hitcase products. Massive competition too. I don't know, but you guys are hoping for ...more
