Are you threating me for posting the truth?  I still hold shares. I would like to warn any other investors to do as much DD as they can on this company before committing. I have a conscience and like to be open and truthfull of the facts of this company.  Currently the list of con's are much greater than the pro's. It's hard to hold a position Q after Q after Q after Q, delay after delay,  with nothing but bad news. I'm sure everyone else is feeling the same way,  holding what's seems to be money wasted. I'm hoping for the best. 

No news on the meeting on Dec 29, 2017, other than a NR stating another default. Is Brooks still the CEO ?  Should have been some sort of a NR stating some info related to the meeting.  Revend,  you wanted him gone long ago,  you know all,  inform us.

Personally I would't put another penny in this stock, but holding what I have. I'm just  P O by all the delays, defaults and losses this company has endured over the last year. Management or should I say no Management is the problem. I really don't think Brooks Bergreen cares about shareholders as long as he makes an income. When I see defaults and delays on NR's that's

I was making a promise/comittment to return the effort. Yours on this thread with no point of purpose. And no -you don't own any stock left in HIT. And haven't for some time. Full Stop.

And I never make a commitment I don't intend to keep. As to the CEO being gone. I said it in July 2017 for the first time on this thread. He still should be released/or resign. That would be start of a trend reversal IMO. Got nothing to do with the product nor is it pesronal. He just lacks the marketing savvy required. My rhetoric is about him still being CEO. And has remained
