No because the shares and warrants won’t be tradeable for 4 months from the latest pp there may be some older warrants being exercised though not sure.

Usually warrants are issued on the lower end of the scale meaning that someone believes that the share price will be worth more at the time of exercise so that the buyer can be liquid. This, in my opinion, is a great thing since it validates the share price at this level. Someone thinks it’s going to go much, much higher.
