Very bullish on this one. Very smart to build revs in the US well ahead of the other Canadian retailers.  2021 will be the year holders of Canadian LPs move their holdings into retail.  Numbers and risk / reward are way better. IMO hiti's numbers when they release in Jan will be better than FAF

Smart man! Way more value in retail right now. LPs had their crazy runs and that's all but done (2017 to 2018 was great and all the money I made there I put in HITI). The negative view on LPs is whats keeping the retail so undervalued plus a lot of companies bounced back from the March crash but HITI did not fully bounce back to pre pandemic levels.   I assume he is basing it off of last year.  Year end was maybe March 2ish last year.....?

I read it twice in reliable sources. Looking for either one now to post. I have been looking at every single thing I can find on this company. Two family members may buy in, but I have to prove it to them it is worth it.  I will find it and post,  I think it was March 6th for year end and I dont remember exact date in April for 1st quarter.
