Warrants

Can anyone answer some questions I have about warrants
1) I bought some in my TFSA FOR .28 with an excercise price of .32 and when it comes time to excercise them  I'm concerned that I will need to have that money in my TFSA account and because I've used up my contribution room ....
2) it's my understanding that I can sell the warrants at anytime but can only excercise them at the time of expiration is this correct?
