High Tide Takes 80% Stake In FABCBD For US$20.6 Million

High Tide announced this morning that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of hemp-derived CBD product retailer Fab Nutrition, whom is operating as FABCBD. The agreement saw High Tide purchase an 80% interest in FABCBD for US$20.64 million, along with a three-year option to acquire the remaining 20%.

Great news! sucks for dilution but the price there paying these days is a huge saving as to what would have been paid in the glorry days of the green rush.  This CEO can buisness/exiting.  Huge revenues coming in the coming months and years IMO. Stay the course the big players are shaking the trees again.
