Warrants

I understand that it takes 18.2 Meta warrants for 1 High Tide share with the consolidation, meaning an effective exercise price of $5.28. However, what does that do to the current price of the warrants? Warrants were trading at a $0.09 premium yesterday, but I can't figure out if or how this changes the warrant price.

I’m not sure now I’m confused.  As per nr of meta merger it stated holders of meta.wt have exercise price of .29 expire feb 26 2021 and following deal warrants will be transferred and become hiti warrants same expiry with an exercise price of .35.  1 for 1 Those are the warrants I bought.  TD shows exercise price of .35 so what happened to those warrants or am I missing something?

I just sent of an email to the company.  But yes that’s what I recal reading as well.  Holders of meta warrants pre conversion is what today’s nr is referring to. No mention of the warrants post merger 1:1 at .35 exercise price . Bit confusing eh?

Yea you’re right something is screwed up.  Hiti.wt down almost 12% based on this mornings nr.  Meta warrants don’t exist anymore according to past nr’s.   Pre merger they had the option to exercise at the said ratio of .824 exercise price .29 if they chose to hold then they would become high tide warrants 1:1 at a .35 exercise price  Not sure why nr was written that way.   ...more
