Hive Blockchain Announces US$15.0 Million Debenture With US

Hive Blockchain Technologies quietly announced this morning that it is conducting a private placement of convertible debentures exclusively with interim Executive Chairman Frank Holmes’ fund, US Global Investors. The debentures, which will see gross proceeds of US$15.0 million raised, follows the funds’ late night filing yesterday, indicating it had sold C$26.6 million worth of securities in the firm.

It's a risk free investment and a sweet deal for HIMSELF .. If he would care about shareholders he would have checked on genesis back then so shareholders wouldn't get screwed .. New bull market new round of bag holders congrats :D

Totally agree with this one. Feel bad for the folks who bought this over the last week and are holding, don't think it rebounds higher.wonder if additional insider filings will pop out after we close today? Still amaze me to see people throw their hard earned money at this pig when they could invest in real crypto co . Not that I believe in miners business model but why not Hut ? At least it's a legit management and they have way more assets then hive . Personnaly it's Glxy with their billions in assets and nothing else although I hold physical crypto's for myself .

Frankie treating hive as his own personal ATM. Brutal move and dropped the bag on shareholders. Only bag holders would defend this move of dumping 10,000,000 shares and then getting them all back in a 8% debenture that is paid quarterly lol! And in 3 years time he can convert the debentures for $3! Lol. We were at 3 bucks last week! Also, if this thing tanks company will cash his debentures out
