Kolos could be a game changer for hive as it has potential to be a world class region for blockchain. Only issue is hive needs to pay about 22M by March to keep a hold of the land rights. I believe they should be looking at a JV to make this happen. Also, with share price appreciation, they could PP and build a site in Norway which I believe would be worth the dilution given the upside of building
