HIVE continues to disappoint

HIVE hit $3 when Bitcoin was 25K ... now bitcoin is 47K and still.. HIVE is $3 ... 

Are you guys still not getting this? 

I only called it back before Xmas..

I'm thinking this $3 wall has something to do with HIVE issuing debentures to US Global for a redeemable price of $3. Why would US Global wants debentures at $3+ only to be able to redeem them at $3?
