NASDAQ Listing Requirements - Hive is Getting Close!

Good Afternoon Gentlemen, 

Someone inquired after Frank had confirmed that HIVE is exploring and pursuing a US listing.

Couldn't be "exploring" at a better time, now that bitcoin and cryptos taking off as we speak...

Any idea what will happen to TsX.V shares if Nasdaq uplisting happens? Do they stay same or do i need to convert them?

Hi Gonzinator,  The prudent thing to do would to be keep things as they are or to perhaps move up on the Canadian Exchange.  They can also list on NASDAQ as it would simply create greater exposure, brand association, increased confidence, more analyst coverage and access to a market with more money elbowing for HIVE shares.

Gonzinator , you don't have to do anything . The US listing has already progressed from otcbb to OTCQX . Those shares would progress to the nasdaq . Your V.hive shares could progress to the TSX and again , you have to do nothing . Enjoy the ride . It's not going to stop being a bumpy ride , which is great if you have the stomach for more .
