Doesnt make sense to this farmer

Can some of the (serious) experts help me here.

Hive is currently profiting about $500,000 a day from coin production alone and capacity is increasing.

Why is the price dropping?

This quarter could see profits around $40 million dollars or $.13/share.

What am I missing?

I am not looking for silly rhetoric, thanks. Just curious as to what I am missing.

man this is healthy consolidation.  the price isnt "dropping" its building up steam and shaking out the weak hands. Only the strong and intelligent should own HIVE. BITF just keeps going up because it is over inflated. and wont last long, The true value lays in the stocks that continually go down in price.  if you need more clarity ask @scotianbot. he understands all this

It's not just hive, the entire crypto space is having a pullback. Once the bitcoin futures expire friday its off to the races.

Because there is a record 6 billion in options to expire friday. Last time this happened bitcoin exploded.

I have to remember that Elon Musk takes crazy but successful risks.  The establishment billionaires hate crypto and have been putting the "news clip" pressure on as well.  Environmentalists are pushing the large carbon footprint side of bitcoin so there are more and more enemies coming against it. Digital coins will be a part of the future, whether Bitcoin, or others so I am

Thanks for the feedback. More thoughts welcomed.  It seems to be a risk aversion for Friday playing out here. I have ridden this stock down and up over the past 4 years so am not worried, just curious. The company is strong, crupto is in the future in some form and I guess well see what happens.
