Hive delisted from Nasdaq?

Not looking good for hives nasdaq listing..

The minimum bid price requirement, which is $4, and the market value requirement (minimum $8 million, provided other requirements are met) are the most common standards that companies fail to maintain. Exchanges typically provide relatively little leeway with their standards because most healthy, credible public companies should be able to meet such requirements on an ongoing basis.

"
most credible healthy companies"

Just curious....do you have the same concerns for BITF on the Nasdaq?? I mean it's at $3.22.....last I checked that's under $4.... Might be even more concerned if you reference your highlighted portion....."most credible healthy companies"....when you take into account that BITF has never been a profitable (positive EPS) company EVER.... Just saying.... 45

BITF is on the Nasdaq Global, HIVE is on the Nasdaq Capital, there is a difference.. I am sure you don't know that either though. HIVE is at $2.20 as of this writing. by far the lowest among all the miners, even if it is on the lowest nasdaq exchange (capital) it is still subject to nasdaq listing requirements. HIVE has never been over $4 and yet was listed on the nasdaq capital.. do you ...more

The good news is that after HIVE receives its "warning letter" about its crappy performance from NASDAQ, it has 4 business days to disclose publicly that they have received a letter.  what do you think happens to the share price after that? you guys really just don't get it do you? *sips scotch* -Bac0n

You mean ,like your gold play ? Not going to happen . That only happens when there is overwhelming debt . You should know that . Congratulations on your hundreds post . I didn't look at many but they are all negative . You have my  sympathy .

This is one of the most sane posts ive ever seen on this board. Yes, you are likely correct. With HIVE being so heavily diluted, and having a float that is 3x that of the competition.. A split is very likely, I would agree. And a split will just be more bad news for existing share holders. good insight for a change! *puffs cigar* -Bac0n
