Any CEO willing to reverse split a profitable company is insane .....why not take thje $110 million thjey raised less than a year ago at $6 a share and support the companies market cap by buying back at one sixth the deal was done ???

Bitfarms bought a 1000 bitcoin at $42 million I think Hive should buy back shares on the market to build confidence in the share price rather than do the reverse split which will just allow shorters more runway to drop the share price after the consolidation .... The market never likes a consolidation and Hive will be punished for this move .... Frank must be loosing his mind to even consider

Nobody wants a reverse split .. Shareholders want a share buyback not a split !!! Frank will loose shareholder confidence and trust if he moves forward with this move !!!

Reverse Split enables the institutional players to continue holding their shares in the company. As for the retailer investor nobody gives a rats azz about those investors so yes it makes sense from that point of view. There is no doubt that crypto is going lower which means this stock goes lower. When this stock goes under a $1 buck and stays there for 3 or more days then this company will start
