Looks like interesting solution for concussions, but there is zero following and PR seems non-existent.

I'm also a little leary that they signed exclusivty over to a rather quiet/unknown for NA markets.

I think the positives are a brand new company with growing revenues, lack of available shares to buy, and constant disclosure of updates. Short history also shows no one is out there shorting, probobly due to the lack of available shares. On the negative side, debt is always a problem for any company, Can they grow revenues fast enough to outpace expenses, and can they defend their IP against

I would not says there is a shortage of shares, but with so thinly traded, the bid/ask is more like a hostige/release... prehaps this is in fact what you are saying. :)  40M shares and an additonal 16M in escrow gives a feel for the magnitude of insider funding. Defending their IP is a very good point, undoublab;y becuase it is healthcare, if there is a wiff of success, I expect their IP
