Healthpricer launches customer experience platform
2007-11-22 14:58 ET - News Release
Ms. Asa Zanatta reports
HEALTHPRICER DELIVERS INDUSTRY'S FIRST "CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AS A SERVICE" PLATFORM (CXAAS) FOR PARTNERS ALPHA RELEASE INTRODUCED THIS WEEK
Healthpricer Interactive Ltd. is launching the industry's first customer experience as a service (CXaaS) platform to rapidly deploy co-branded Healthpricer marketplaces for its partners.
CXaaS allows Healthpricer to manage multiple partners from one set of code and deploy them quickly -- to allow revenues from product sales to take effect immediately. Further, limited integration effort for partners means time-to-market is short and more cost-effective. The first partner to make use of this platform is Marketing Technology Solutions when it launches its co-branded Healthpricer marketplace through QualityHealth.com in December, 2007.
"We chose the CXaaS model because integration and implementation is immediate compared to putting strain on the partner to complete the build-out," comments Gerd Zobel, senior vice-president, product strategy and customer experience, Healthpricer Interactive. "Also, as part of this platform, partners can rely on our on-line product knowledge and development skill set to deliver the best customer experience, and to maximize revenues."
On the front-end Healthpricer can easily and quickly help its partners configure their own marketplace, such as the display of products and product categories, and the branding of entrance and marketplace pages. On the back-end, partners have access to product display controls as well as analytical tools, such as reporting on product conversion rates and visitors to each product area. The CXaaS platform is flexible to enable sites based on different domains or push back to a central marketplace, depending on the branding approach of each partner.
"We are very excited about these developments as this platform effectively enables us to bring on a new partner every week without putting a strain on our time or resources or those of our partners," comments Michael Brown, president and chief executive officer of Healthpricer Interactive. "The partners we have spoken to about this platform clearly see the benefits to them and are keen to roll out their health care product shopping functionality using this platform, and take full advantage of our product search and comparison shopping knowledge, experience and merchant base."
