Highly unlikely they will do a press release/news release for these 2 (trivial) items that you bring up. But who knows... it could very well be a coin toss, in fact, you might be able to toss a penny on this one pennymaker69. But seriously, numerous companies issue shares for debt. Nothing to worry about here.
