Province of Quebec Liberal or PQ  or CAQ governments are simply know to make bad decision

2 Proof :  Bombardier C  series 1 B injected to give it away to Airbus
               Macinnis cement 472M loss on disposal of a polluting asset 

HPQ  will be a fantastic succes without any loosers on board
