HPQ Silicon Inc > you know what's funny...

you know what's funny...

Everyone upset about people that short and blame the stock going down cause of them. The ceo has wasted company time worring about short sellers.... Or profit takers that got their profit and moving on.

The best defense for a company from short sellers is PROFIT. Right now the company makes no  money. They have released 0 #'s. How much they selling their nano silcion? How much was the value of that first purchase order..

Is this 300 mil market cap justified for a company that has zero revenue? That's what short sellers jump on. People pushing the stock up that could be over valued...

Right now... I am still long. I didn't bail and holding. I have said many times I want to see #'s. Soon as they release some we can figure out what the true value of the company is. It's just speculation.

Now WHY am I long? I like tech. This is a tech play and it can go fast quickly up if it does replace EV batteries with theirs.  Ideally they should buy a tesla... replace the battery with their new x3-4 silcon one... drive it around showing it works.. post it online.. Then you would see this take off.

I am not sure if it's the next version of timminco. I sure hope not. This company needs to deliver, make a profit and the shorts will melt away. SOON as this company makes money it's going to move.

The numbers will come. You're not selling candy at a convenience store here. They're trying to prove ground breaking technology. They're dealing with huge worldwide companies and trying to convince them why those giants should deal with this little unknown company from Canada. That stuff just doesn't happen overnight. It's a game of patience and you can clearly see on these ...more

Pennymaker, I am more than likely going to put you on ignore but it’s still the Christmas season and  well shite, I’m still feeling a little charitable? Your post told all of us that you do not know what you own. (If you own it at all) . That which you do not understand HPQ is currently a company in the research and development phase should have your husband or wife on anxiety medication if ...more

Funny you spent almost $10k buying stock in a company that you think develops batteries when this literally isn't even close to their business model. You must be a millennial with no investing sense just buying into this EV trend. The nice thing is you got lucky and actually picked a winner and should be rewarded. The bad thing is you will end up making another uninformed trade in the future ...more

Ya your dumb. I know they don't make battery's if you look at the last NR..Their byproduct shows 3-4x better  power for batteries. So.. they take the byproduct.. make a car battery out of it... put it into a tesla and PROVE it's better. This is not hard. I am sorry you can't understand simple things they could do to make this stock go higher.   HPQ-Silicon files ...more

dont get to see penny's posts except as re-posts but reaffirms my decision to put penny on ignore long ago. Absolutely no concept what HPQ's business is and is not, though not surpising. A brief lull to start 2021 for both HPQ and PYR, before the action starts for real...and it will soon IMO

I know what I bought. You should learn how the market works. This company is not forthcoming with info. Could be the next Timmico or it could be great. To early to tell. Sorry i am not a blind fanboy like you guys. I don't marry stocks I buy and sell and move on to the next one.

I have been around since 2015 and have patiently waited. There as never been a more exciting time than now.  Timminco failed to prove their process at the time as well as polysilicon spot price collapsed.   HPQ PUREVAP is leaps and bounds derisked.  The NSiR and QRR both work and will be proven to scale as PYR stated emphatically they do NOT waste time on projects they can ...more

100% DevelopBC! Polysilicon was selling for $20-30/kg when Timminco ran. PUREVAP is bringing a multi thousand dollar per kilogram Silicon product down to ~$100/kg...  If a large auto manufacturer who plans to use silicon in their batteries doesn't lock us in now, they can easily lose us to another auto manufacturer, battery manufacturer, hydrogen market, Healthcare...Or if we ...more

Actually Polysilicon–a key ingredient used to make solar cells–was fetching about $400 (U.S.) per kilogram at the time during the Timminco run but I know what you are getting at sabbath.  Please keep up your great posts.  Very very very exciting times for HPQ!!!

Thank you that link has some great info. I am not sure about 10$. that would put this company at a 2.75 Billion value. with 0 revenue. That seems a bit high. But there is some room to run on hpq. maybe taken out at 3-5$ unless the T word is used in some news release...
Comment by developbc on Jan 13, 2021 8:16pm
Regardless of revenue.  Disruptive tech in massive industry(s)..as  Bernard stated he doesn't want to be a supplier of silicon nano-powders and nanowires but THE SUPPLIER.  IF anyone wants exclusivity..they need to step up and offer something obscene.  Just imagine a few at the table trying to offer.  Long and strong HPQ

finally an nice reply. Yes I agree 2021 could be a great year for HPQ. I think it will be taken over before 2021 is over. I think PYR will be the company to do it.

Imho Purevap Nano will be bought out by a major auto manufacturer or major Battery manufacturer. Could get very exciting times ahead

What do you think would be the buyout price (per share), if someone offers to buyout? Curious to know your thoughts.
Comment by paul0316 on Jan 13, 2021 10:49pm
My guess would be a buyout offer for the subsidiary HPQ Nano. Just for fun I will say 1 billion $ and that would be 4 times current MC of HPQ the whole company. Of course PYR has the option to become 50% owner of this sub, and I'm guessing the 1 billion will be rejected. If anyone is willing to fork out that much it means we're sitting on something special, worth a little more then 1 ...more

The question begs the answer: Why would we sell a Revolutionary Technology for a $1-2 billions if we can make that much in a few years as profit. Just a thought.
Comment by paul0316 on Jan 13, 2021 11:03pm
Bernard has hinted as such on more then 1 occasion...if you think someone will throw 10 billion at it, that's your opinion and you're entitled to it. It's either a buyout or a partnership agreement. HPQ won't go at it alone.
Comment by teheran10 on Jan 13, 2021 11:08pm
From the shareholder's point of view it makes no sense to sell even a part of this company that cheap. I do agree with previous poster that the SP will hover up to $50 or more.
Comment by paul0316 on Jan 13, 2021 11:22pm
I'm an HPQ millionaire at 4$ so I'll never see 50$ myself. I've waited 5 years, watching other sectors fly to the moon while my money was sitting stagnant. I'd be happy with a 2 billion buyout at this point. Everyone's exit plan/situation is different. Which is why this kind of discussion can have hundreds of different opinions.
Comment by teheran10 on Jan 13, 2021 11:33pm
well, I will be a millionaire at $2 but that does not matter. What matters is that we get a fair value for what we have. There are other less privileged shareholders that we are.
Comment by teheran10 on Jan 13, 2021 11:36pm
just to be squared. I am quite well to do person with or without HPQ but I believe it is always better to have more money than less. Correctly if I am wrong.  Good Morning from Africa.
Comment by developbc on Jan 13, 2021 11:37pm
Totally agree.  Unless it's obscene.  Build and scale it out.  Disruptive tech in a massive industry doesn't come around many times in life.  Pyrogenesis CEO stated they feel the economic opportunities for Purevap Nano -  silicon nano-powders and nanowires applications are nothing short of intoxicating...let that sink in for a moment or two.  Long and strong ...more

Personally, what I see happening, and you really SHOULDN'T care about my opinions, lol, is that Pyrogenesis, after announcing their "big deal" in the torch world and gaining a large share price rise, is quite likely to buy HPQ using Pyrogenesis shares, and fully absorb them into their "Mining and Metallurgy" division(maybe spun out in the future), and then photocopy the ...more

Comment by teheran10 on Jan 13, 2021 11:56pm
Bro that's why it's important that Bernard does not give away HPQ or parts of it for a song. IF his technology is as good as he says, we should be at that illusionary $100/share. Don't kid yourself. Perhaps you will be come a millionaire in 2-3 years. Stick around, I am sticking, my family is onboard as well.  inshaAllah
Comment by paul0316 on Jan 14, 2021 7:12am
I think you have some good points. I stand by my thinking that we will not see any profits dealing with this alone. HPQ needs partners or a buyout. I feel Pyrogenesis will have too much on the go in the next 12 months, if the right buyer comes along with a decent bid, Bernard and Peter would consider it. Together they trump everyone else. I'm hoping it can be a 3 way partnership between HPQ ...more

I think it's Midtown who said it best. HPQ has Bernard and that's pretty much it. No employees. To make 1-2 billion profit off this technology would require expanding the company. Having more money/employees/time/equipment etc...etc...all of what isn't in Bernards end game. He seems very comfortable selling or partnering up with the right company that has all those resources with the ...more

Comment by Yajne on Jan 13, 2021 11:01pm
Good response paul0316. Without trying to detail the buyout price for HPQ Nano, IMO the impact on HPQ when the dust settles would be a minimum $20 SP for HPQ, probably closer to $50. The longer HPQ continues to move their tech before such buyout, the higher the numbers. Of course the impact on PYR through their 'strategic investment' would also have a huge impact on their SP, and this is ...more
