Cathy Wood is on-board the Pyrogenesis train
she is investing in Pyrogenesis WHY ?...She made a fortune backing Tesla while the shorter mouthpieces called her stupid.. She now backs a little smallcap called Pyrogenesis, she knows all about HPQ and the QRR Si nano battery powders and the new H2 business...she is also friends with Elon Musk, the guy with a tunnel boring company and an EV auto company..and battery storage and solar roofs, power walls et cetera....keep buying shares and you will become a member of the HPQ Millionaire's Club, soon !...just like the investors of Pyrogenesis who already are member's of the Pyrogenesis Millionaire's Club .....The SP is poised and is ready to fly on news...to the moon , then Cathy Wood will be able to buy HPQ shares directly....uncleron is always right !...cheers...bid moves are coming

Pyrogenesis has an established business with a revenue and HPQ is just getting started. Not sure HPQ would qualify for ARK etfs.

Because HPQ is on the Venture exchange. Because the ETF is focused on 3D printing

Pyrogenesis most definitely does not own 50% of HPQ Nano. It has the option of converting the current 10% Royalty of HPQ Nano sales into 50% ownership, but has not exercised this option to date. PYR does own a substantial amount of HPQ stock and warrants.

Offhand does anyone remember if the warrants are converrtible on a 2 to 1 or 1 to 1 basis?

Off the top of my head I remember 1:1 warrants. The only 1/2 warrant I seen and recall was the recent Mackie Research bought deal with PyroGenesis back late last year.
