Just asking
Those longs like developbc:
Is there a possibility of PYR taking out the remaining shares of HPQ
and then spinning off the powder business?

I just bought into HPQ cause I like their Technology But I don't know the history of the company. Do you mean to say that PYR already has a stake in HPQ ? and if Yes what % ? Isaray

Thanks for the info, I had a small amount of PYR and put it up for sale at $8 beginning of the week thinking it would not sell so fast at that price but I got caught by suprise. The Iused the money to buy HPQ and i've already made 25 % on it. Long HPQ

I would suggest you hold and not sell HPQ. Go on BARCHART and type in HPQ and it will show you the projections for the share price of the company, only use this as a guide line. HPQ is going well above 2.00 in the next week or two. JMO

My understanding is PYR owns 10% of HPQ and gets 10% royalty on sales that can be converted into 50% ownership of the HPQ NANO part of the company. The company has more than one or two divisions.
