So, if I understand correctly, PYR does not owe anything to HPQ to use the PURE-Vap (developed for HPQ) if it is not used to transform silicon. But HPQ has 30 days from tomorrow to do what? Does HPQ have 30 days to tell PYR whether or not he agrees to use it to process dross? I think HPQ has nothing to say, right?

First right of refusal means HPQ has prioritiy over anyone....so Only AFTER a bona fide offer 30 days to exercise this right.

If HPQ says NO to PYR than bye bye HPQ... PYR will buyout HPQ if they refuse...

No first right of refusal of applications outside of silicon and silicon nano-powders. It's up to hpq to want to offer or not. Hpq standing agreement with PyroGenesis still stands on solid ground and will continue to.

I am happy you are not running PYR. Peter and Bernard have a more collaborative relationship.
