Notice of Allowance has now been approved and mailed out yesterday and the Company (PYR) now has until August 5th to pay the $600 fee. Presumably they will do that sooner -- and then the patent can be issued.

Rock on brother/sister!! On behalf of all of us here thank you for this yeoman's work on the patent watch. It is much appreciated. It is an extremely important part of the puzzle to keep an eye on to watch for patterns of things being announced by the company and the timing of contracts that possibly come to fruition.
