Interesting artical for sure. Hpq does not need high purity quartz to make high purity silicon metal. Just about any quartz will do. When they start firing up 3000mty reactors all over the world where they are needed is a very real possibility in the years to come. Now what is such technology worth....hope we find out soon...Beachbum
