They do not produce silicon from Quartz.  Yes, maybe an alternative to the nano silicon reactor, but they make powdered silicon from silicon.

Good News but the process is old so of course they produced silicon. Thats a no brainer. They also fed the material in 2 weeks ago so  its run ,produced and been shut down for inspection.  Its the purity results that are important  and  since it wasnt included and they have their own way to measure  I would suspect that  the purity isnt great.   But this is
