Many you're the manipulator Pennymaker69.  Strange that you don't understand how this works.   Management don't sell because they don't believe in their own company.  Never.   Keep shorting the stock and playing FUD.  One day, you'll get burned.
Comment by pennymaker69 on Apr 11, 2023 8:00pm
This is LOL. dude do your research! I post FACTS. HE did sell. Matter of fact the director sold more shares than there is shorts! Here the current short report. $HPQ.V HPQ SILICON INC. 37,570 -14,400 31 Mar 2023 37k short vs the 50k the insider sold! Who the problem insiders or short sellers!?!? Pennymaker69 ... You post facts ... without perspectives, without a context. Your FUD is not impressive.  Junior stuff.
Comment by pennymaker69 on Apr 11, 2023 9:13pm
I am pretty sure insider selling says plenty. Also there was context... there was more selling than open shorts. it's not FUD. just facts. Oh well.  I could post some stuff on insider buying examples...

Whatever the reason, the sale of shares by insiders is, to say the least, incomprehensible, disgraceful for small shareholders, and puzzling. And it has been going on for a very long time. The company has touted all the merits of its research, but it leaves a bitter taste.

Perhaps you should understand the laws and taxation rules. As far as I am aware non of our insiders are multi billionaires ! Options granted and approved by shareholders are considered income and subject to tax laws. I would expect that those selling shares are covering and paying for additional tax implications incurred because of this. Most educated investors know this ! How are capital ...more

Oden6570 ... Nice post. We all know that 110158 and Pennymaker69 have an agenda to spread FUD, by putting things out of context, in order to plant a seed of doubt in the mind of those less familiar with the process. Thanks for providing link to debunk these clowns.

hey smart guy. here a hint. THERE IS NO captial GAIN if he didn't SELL!!!!! so ya.. there is not need to sell. Do you See BB selling  ? nope. it was a CHOICE for him to sell. AND he keeps doing all year long. Not just tax time.
Comment by ScienceFirst on Apr 12, 2023 9:08pm
Do you See BB selling  ? nope. Yes.  He once did.  And one of your teammates brought the same arguments than you, but now, you say it was OK for BB!!! Go huddle back with your teammates.  You all contradict each others!

Always posting negative twist.  For clarity, warrants are not same as options.   Stock option  exercised in this case triggers a FULLY TAXABLE benefit which is equal to the difference between the exercise price and market value of the shares which is pegged as the previous last trading day closing price. You can NOT postpone the timing of tax payable. After exercising(buying ...more

Why don't you sell if you hate the stock so much. Of course you come here daily to bash you own investment.    Those sales are tiny compared to his holdings, and as stated it covers the taxes owed, and cash needed to exercise.
Comment by pennymaker69 on Apr 13, 2023 1:38am
Why do I need to sell at a loss. BB has his options priced at 1$. So it goes there one day I can get a profit. As I have said... MANY times.... The stock will go up when it goes into production. (that's a long time from now) Until then., Bs hype from pumpers like you that want to hype a stock really need to be countered. Your part of the problem with this stock. You also spread bad ...more

Ok clown....whatever you say.   Long and strong HPQ!!

Pennymaker69 ... Given that you stated this: The stock will go up when it goes into production. (that's a long time from now) and knowing that time is a factor in investment, then why don't you sell, go invest elsewhere to make a profit and come back here with a higher position once we're closer to your "long time from now"? You see, we see through your daily basher ...more

I thought about doing that a while back. and I posted about it. But one news release from the company a while back said they where getting samples out and of course they didn't do it. So miss lead by the company. Now I am stuck. COULD I sell and say put it all into MTX. ya  I could.... but again.  I not going to take a loss. I can just hold and wait. I wouldn't count on PYR taking them out anytime soon. as they have reduced their holdings according to recent financials I think they are happy to let HPQ fund this project for now.
Comment by bcsc on Apr 13, 2023 11:51am
Pennymaker69, DevelopBC and I do not see eye to eye on many aspects of HPQ (and PYR for that matter), but I agree with his take on this issue. Patrick exercised 1,200,000 options at $.12 in three tranches last year, each preceeded by the sale of shares to fund the exercise of the options.Given that the market price when the options were exercised was approximately $.265, this triggers a taxable ...more

Thanks bcsc for doing the calculation on the taxable benefit on the options.   Plus...the sale of the actual shares re:capital gain tax are also applicable. Also cash needed to exercise the options itself.  So for clarity: The options exercised are immediately triggering a taxable benefit payable AND the sale of the shares is also taxable under capital gain plus proceeds needed to ...more

or he can never exercise his options at all and hold them like BB and never have a captial gain. He wants the money.
Comment by developbc on Apr 14, 2023 2:21am
Ever heard of option expiry date!??   Unlike you..I'm long and strong HPQ!
Comment by pennymaker69 on Apr 14, 2023 7:56pm
yup. BB's haven't expired. so Why would his? HMMMM you should list all the expiry dates of the options. I am sure you can do some DD and post it... pumping something for years that has done nothing but drop in price. At least I speak truth. OH well.. waiting on production and my appoligy.
