Please do provide a link to this claim .... If Gen 3 works why would you need grants ?..institutions and competition will be lining up to get in .

Beach I am confused , Are you saying that even if GEN 3 works there still wont be institutional or private company interest? Isnt that why he went to europe to raise private funds? You position is confusing
